Is this cheating ?

So one day i came home early and i wanted to tell my mum if we can go shopping. When i opened the door i saw my dads bestfriend massaging my mum on the bed. My mum had her panrties and bra on. So i just said hi and went to my room and didnt say anything. My dad is in another city and im sure he doesnt know about this. So is my mum cheating on my dad ? Or is it normal ? My dads bestfriend is a married man too
