How to raise my daughters properly

hello. My name is Jessica. I've got two Daughters (23 and 16). Both still live at home. My older daughter visits a school for home economics. My little one is still in a regular school. Both of them come home at around 4 pm. When they arrive at home they usually go to their room and get ready for bed. At about 4.30 theyre getting their dinner so theyre in bed by 5 to 530 pm. Since both of them do their homework at school this isnt a problem for them. Actually they are just argunguing about their bedtime when we've got visitors. What do you think? Should i change their bedtime?
