Barefoot and Shirtless Shyness

I am not shy of being barefoot indoors, but I am very very shy of being barefoot outside. I can go barefoot at the beach, pool, friend's house, friend's yard, etc but ANYWHERE else, I am shy. I cannot go barefoot in my own yard because I live in a town house, so I don't have a yard. I am also very shy of being seen shirtless in front of anybody, even my family. This even includes being at the beach, pool, and in the shower, but being at the beach or pool helps (just a little though). Please answer the questions below in order to help me with my shyness.
