The conflict of restaurants versus vegans.

This is to see what you guys think of the situations among them. Just so you know, vegan isn't the same as vegetarian. Vegetarians abstain from all forms of meat, including insects, fish, shrimp, octopus, crab, tuna, and all other forms of sea animals. Vegans abstain the same things as to what vegetarians abstain from and they additionally abstain from dairy, egg, honey, and all other forms of animal products.
If a vegan is making an order of a sandwich, taco, or burrito in a non-vegan restaurant and wants to make sure whether the bread or the tortilla is vegan and tells the employee to check the ingredients list to see whether it is vegan, is it okay for the employee to refuse to go to the office to check its ingredients?
