Unfortunate issues against homeless people.

If a family becomes homeless, and they sleep somewhere in the street next to or by any store, should they be charged with loitering?

If a family becomes homeless, and they sleep somewhere right outside the city by an area where there isn't any crop with all their bikes and items with them, should they be charged with loitering?

If a family becomes homeless and they park their car somewhere right outside the city where there isn't any crop by which they choose to live there meanwhile they attempt to search for jobs, should their car be towed?

If a family becomes homeless, therefore they have no access to any shower, is it okay for a job not to allow the parents to work there due to being so dirty and stinky despite having the very high need to make money for recovery, to get food and water, and to attempt getting a new house/apartment?

Should it be illegal to feed the homeless people?
