P.E rules for wheelchair kids during primary school

As i was in an regular school i wonder, how where/are the P.E-rules for other wheelchair users, specialy during primary school. Did you have other rules or just the same?
Are/where you excluded for safety or other reasons from some activities?
At my school kids had to wear black gym slippers outside (in cold weather) and bare feet inside the hall and so i had. Which clothing rules you had/have for P.E?
