Dyscalculia, what help do you / did you get ?

Among various other disabilities, I have Dyscalculia. I received no help with this and a result of this means I am unlikely to be able to go university until I am in my 50's and by then there will really be no point because My dream job of being a Dr of Hardware Engineering for microsoft, requires two separate Phd's and 7 years previous experience doing the job. I may only be 28, but I still don't know if I am capable of passing the Level 2 Functional Skills Maths Exam. I would like to find out what help (if any) you got with your Dyscalculia.
