Recess for High School Kids?

Children of all ages in school should have a recess in my opinion. Why not? Just because we're older doesn't mean we don't want to have fun and have free time. School can be stressful. Kids can turn off their determination if all they get is work. Who wants to do work when you're rewarded with WORK?
