I have to wear shorts all year

I am 20 and still live with my parents they are very strict and make me and my little brother (10) wear shorts. All year we live in England the winter is very cold but we wear shorts all year we are not allowed to wear underwear and our legs are very smooth we also get spanked naked most days is there anyone else like this.
