Should I put locked bars on my windows and deadbolts that requit

I don't know why exactly, but if I own a house, I want it outfitted with locked bars on the windows, and dead bolts on all doors, all requiring keys to both go in and out. While I do get a bit of a sexual rise out of being locked up, it's mostly for psychological reasons, and I've felt this way long before the onset of puberty.. I know fire might be a concern, but if I am in by myself, I would have a key to get out (or my boyfriend would have it on him as long as he is in or right around thr outside of the house.) I just feel better with things being locked up, and I even wear most of my jewlery with a small padlock for this reason. I also wear long sleeve collared blouses buttoned all the way up and long floorlength skirts for basicly the same reason: I love the shut in feeling.
