Should I Join the Military?

I'm a 21-year-old guy. I've been thinking about joining the military for a while now. School and other things have not really worked out too well for me so far, so I've really been considering beginning a military career. I think it would be cool to learn to man up some and go into a lifestyle of complete discipline and serve my country. Unfortunately, I'm really not good at making or committing to any decisions in my life. I really feel that once I would get into the military, I would never want to get back out, but getting myself to commit to going in in the first place is proving to be difficult. Basically, I'd like some reassurance one way or the other. Thank you!
