Please take this poll if you are currently or formerly married to a woman (not a man) ONLY, AND you had not told her that you had sexual encounters with one or more men either during or before your marriage to her. If you are currently or formerly married to a woman (not a man) ONLY for at 10 years (not less!), AND you had not told her that you had sexual encounters with one or more men either during or before your marriage to her, please fill in only ONE answer to the WORST state of your relationship to her in the past ONE year (on a scale of 0 to 5), with 5 being very happily married, 0 being already divorced, and 1 being separated OR being very likely to divorce, 2 being in a rocky relationship (ie. many quarrels), 3 being OK relationship (ie. with occasional quarrels), and 4 being happily married.

0 - already have been divorced from her but was married to her for at least 10 years.

1 - already separated from her OR either she or I agreeing to or proceeding with divorce (either in the last year or already over a year ago) but have been married to her for at least 10 years.

2 - in the last year, looking at my WORST state of relationship with her, it was a rocky relationship (ie. many quarrels) AND either she or I threatened/ verbally suggested divorce/seriously talked about divorce (a requirement to check this) BUT not to the point of situation 1 ...and I confirm I have been married to her for at least 10 years.

3 - in the last year, even looking at my WORST state of relationship with her, it was an OK relationship (ie. with occasional quarrels, BUT no hints of divorce whatsoever)... and I confirm I have been married to her for at least 10 years.

4 - in the last year, looking at my WORST state of relationship with her, we have been happily married (ie. few quarrels)...and I confirm I have been married to her for at least 10 years.

5 - in the last year, looking at my WORST state of relationship with her, we have been VERY happily married (ie. rare or no quarrels or arguments)...and I confirm I have been married to her for at least 10 years.
