Companies with dress code sometimes apply a different dress code for women than men. I launch this poll for women only, to see what you find ok and what unfair to women.

A cultural place as employer require employees to wear uniform shoes, shirts and pants. Women can choose between uniform pants and skirt. The employer introduce "summer days" dress code for women during the summer months. This involves uniform open shoes without socks and nylons, and sleeveless uniform shirt. Women can still choose between uniform pants and skirt. Men still wear closed shoes and long sleeve shirt.
