The Patriot Act passed immediately after the Anthrax attacks were sent to Democratic Senators, without even being read. New powers given to the investigators now include the ability for law enforcement to enter your home without a warrant or your knowledge and to use any evidence found against you in a court as well as using your attorney's testimony against you.
