Nothing would change, I would continue the relationship because it would not make a difference.

I would continue the relationship only because I would want to remain friends.

I'd only remain friends with them if we were extremely close.

I would continue to talk to them but not 'hang out'.

Be totaly fine with it and help them through any prejudism they may incounter.

Accept who they are but regret their "decision".
