There are many different tips for different situations, so it is quite difficult to recommend something. I can only say that you shouldn't use banal conversation starters like "hey, how are you" and something like this. You can get some inspiration for conversation from profile and photos of a girl or boy. I often read such articles about sex, family and relationships. It is quite interesting.
