Can anyone recommend a kayak or canoe that I could use for both duck hunting and floating down a creek / paddling through swamp while deer hunting. I'd like to sit on top, not inside and have enough room for hunting gear (backpack, hang on stand, bow, and room to get a buck in if that happens) but also small enough that one person can handle. $500 or less.... please don't post a $2k kayak it wouldn't get enough use for me to justify that.

This is Anna and Ismael from Valencia (Spain) with 26 and 27 years old respectively.

We've decided to begin a new adventure together in our new home. We are so excited to find all the furniture and decoration stuff. Anna spends all the day studying Finance and Economics while I am working as an IoT and communication developer.

Due to we have to stay so much time at home, we would love to modernize it making our day-to-day much more comfortable. To achieve it, we've chosen some of the Xiaomi smart devices. Why Xiaomi? Mainly because we bought some devices previously and still haven't got any issue or problem with them.

The products we selected have to accomplish some requirements of discretion, esthetic and design to be unnoticed. One of the problems we have in the pass is to install different platforms that cause locks or sync errors between them. As Xiaomi has all the devices we need this is a reason why is still a good option. We are looking for an end client solution, not a DIY one.

What do you think about this?

I am guessing there is some experience here in shopping a mortgage. Our family is going to be selling our home and moving to a new one within the same city. My wife is also a real estate agent and has a preferred mortgage guy she works with and that we will look to for our mortgage. She trusts him and he takes great care of her clients but I still would like to see if there is an easy way to check his proposal against others to see if we are getting a deal, getting about what’s normal or possibly not getting the best deal. was curious if anyone had a good online place you have used to get a quote that you would recommend. I believe I could use lending tree or something similar but thought I would see if there are any suggestions.
