Superman or Batman?

It's so hard to say. Superman definitely has the brute strength and speed, but Batman is so much smarter and prepares for so many things to come up. Superman has the kryptonite weakness (look up kryptonite on wikipedia...it gets weird, too many colors and effects) but Batman is always mearly human. I voted Superman. Batman can never be what Superman is, but Superman (with years of education and a bit of paranoid overkill in the "prepare for all occasions" department) could match Batman on what Batman is good at. Superman in a lead suit with yellow lights inside, unstoppable. For those that didn't catch that, the lead protects him from the kryptonite and he needs yellow light to unleash his powers.

I very much see a point to certain societies turning to religion to help control people who just live for the moment and indulge themselves without thinking about the future. I see the point in making people value hard work, long term projects, and saving for the future. I also see the point in realizing that we're designed to enjoy "unhealthy" delicious food, comfortable surroundings that cost more than we can reasonably afford, sex, and many other things that are fun in the short term. It's part of the reason people find it hard to save money. We're not usually psychologically wired for the very, very long term. You have to live it up sometime. Although not as important as food, water, shelter, and maybe quite a few other things, sex is an important factor in enjoying life. If it made us much less happy overall, we'd likely have stopped sometime before now.

People who have regular sex are happier....and healthier....and as they get older if they keep having regular sex they stay happier, healthier, and mentally sharper. This is all true if they don't catch certain std's of course.

Not the one in the recent x-men movie though, that one sucked...big time. In the comic and 90's cartoon, that one would definitely win..seeing as it was in charge of taking care of life in the whole galaxy, and was on par with other god-like beings in the marvel universe.
