I wore skirts usually 1-2 times a week. We had a fingertip rule for length and I sometimes went just a little less than that. Got a warning from one teacher who made me stand with arm at side to prove I was in violation. He had me pull it down till I was legal. No big deal.

Here's how I did from naked start.
1- Spanx (what we called what looks like panties to the boys) 2- Skirt 3- Turtleneck blouse 4- Sweater 5- Socks 6- Shoes
This varied slightly in that we were allowed to wear pantyhose if we wanted to (cold day, just prefer it, whatever. Up to each girl) In that case just put pantyhose on before the spanx.
In undressing, simply the reverse of dressing.

As much as I'd like to take her side, I can't. First of all, it's not really panties on display, they're much heavier and meant to be seen. Secondly, she's jumping up and down in front of huge crowds- that doesn't bother her but being in class does? Sorry, but she knew what the uniforms would look like before she signed up.
