There is a reason why the taxpayers elected government officials to pass legislation to give financial incentives (grant funding) to universities that employ affirmative action.
I think for that reason alone affirmative action is good, until the day US government collapses into anarchy. Most likely due to financial / economy reasons.
Why would they want to increase this behavior? Could it be ... it looks good to proclaim, on a drawing on a photo, WE ARE BETTER OFF NOW THAN 20 years ago than our parents than other countries than poorer states
We the rich and educated, are better than you the poor and ignorant. Feelings.
