My friends and I definitely look at the bulges of the boys in our swim class and we do comment on them. one can usually tell what the guys have by checking out their speedo even if it is a jammer. Thanks

i don't care about when it's cold and wet, that's not what you go by. what does the cold wet shrunken size have to do with sex? nothing. it's the size of his erection that matters.
but you are still right. some guys are showers, and some are growers. some guys who don't have much of a bulge are actually bigger than guys with a bulge once you get them going.
i still like the bulge though. i like a guy who shows AND grows.
