Alex is the only person weaker than Jess, Jess is more arrogant and would order Anne not to come near her
Jess thinks she can talk down to anyone including muscle girls!

She could definitley damage Alex's mid section so she could not stand straight
I think she could easily break Alex's spine but probbably only after breaking through other bones first. Alex's bones feel so frail that a strong grip could break them easy. Alex knows this too

As the muscles flex they get bigger with all the blood bulging them out
sadly Alex's body cannot get smaller, she is so skinny that her size is the size of her bones, if Anne squeezes hard enough the bones break. some serious damage could be caused
