Age Difference: Dating

Yeah, I'm in the same situation. I'm 19 and I'm trying to date a girl who's 15. There's no problem, from my point of view. Experts say that the age gap between a man and a woman should be from 2-8, because it is shown that women grow old faster than men. Ideally, there would be only a 3-year age difference. So, chill out! You're on the right path! ;)

Really, age is just a number. If both individuals have strong feelings of love for each other, freely and consentually choose to persue the relationship, and can overlook the difference in age number, there's no reason they can't be perfect for each other. True love knows no bounds.

I'm 20 my boyfriend is 17. We started dating when I was 17 and he was 14. We got a lot of flack for it...I guess an older girl with a younger guy freaks some people out.

I was in a similar situation. When I was 13 I hooked up with a 16 year old. We broke up after a few months but have remained friends and I'm glad for the experience.
