Clothing recommendation (below the waist) during hot and humid summers
For Girls: Create wide sleeves (each one going through one leg) in the skirt, which start at the two third of the length from top. In other words, the regular skirt from waist to two third of length, then divides into two wide sleeves, each one in one leg. This could be worn without panties, as they'll be sweaty in hot and humid weather.
For Boys: Loose fitting shorts with no briefs.

I agree. There's no need to divide the skirt. Indeed, that will prevent air from flowing and be even hotter. Skirt should be very short with no panties. edunrevol96@gmail.com

Yeah Katie I don't see the point in wearing clothes at all, but if there are people out there demanding a token garment, just a short skirt (y'know, a belt) is probably fine.
