School Uniform for Work

Well when I was 14 or so I did a paper round. The only item of school uniform I wore was my school grey flannel shorts. As they were lined they were very comfortable on my bicycle. Yes it was my preference as well for reasons already stated.
I stayed in my shorts right through the winter as well as summer.
The only thing was my school shorts were my old ones so were very brief and quite fitting but still perfectly serviceable so ideal for me to wear.

The other thing I found about school shorts, they were very good for cycling. They were proper lined shorts not the thin affairs school shorts can be these days.
