I would suggest making arrangements with the store manager, to see if he/she will allow for each of them to be exposed in the store? I think it would be fitting to make them apologize to the owner with their pants and panties pulled down to their ankles. And then make them walk around the store with their pants down and have other customers in the store touch and spank their private parts. And then maybe make them keep their pants down at home from now on, or for the foreseeable future and to let everyone see their privates as often as possible.
