Barefoot at Work

I run my own company, which means that I get to set the dress code. I'm barefoot most of the time unless I'm meeting clients, and sometimes even then. I don't really care how my employees dress, but several do go barefoot, either to ingratiate themselves with the boss or because it's more comfortable for them.

My dad is the same way. He is the CEO of a company that runs fish farms, and made the executive decision that bare feet were encouraged. I work for the company part time, which means that I get to work barefoot.
