younger sister stronger than older brother (boys)

My sister is 16 years old and I am 20. She has always been able to lift more than me and do more chores than I have. When she was 14, we kickboxed in front of my parents and she killed me. Since then, my mom has really encouraged her to train and she has! She can now run faster than me, lift more weights than, and she dominates me at everything! I hate being the weaker sex!
