I'm 29 and always wear a strap at the gym, though I am amazed at how few other guys my age and younger do. It's great to see other guys wearing them and luckily at my gym a fair few of the older guys do. I've even had a sports massage at my Y wearing just my strap. Nothing wrong with it guys!

Undergear has thong jocks available. I like them and wear them in the winter under my running tights.

I like jocks...and it is ok to be massaqed at Y in your jock... it is modest !!! I am a massaqe professional and feel it is appropriate. Your qenitals are not exposed.
