I'm 29 and always wear a strap at the gym, though I am amazed at how few other guys my age and younger do. It's great to see other guys wearing them and luckily at my gym a fair few of the older guys do. I've even had a sports massage at my Y wearing just my strap. Nothing wrong with it guys!

Physical Exams-BOys

I'm 17 and being on the sports team have quite a few physicals. Normally my doctor who is male about 50, tells me to remove my shirt and exams my chest. Then it's trousers off but underwear left on, I normally wear a jockstrap so I'm standing there in my strap and nothing else while he checks my abdomen. Finally it's strap on the floor and legs apart while he does the cough test. I've got hard before, but my doc never mentions it, now I try to beat one off beforehand to reduce the chances.

I only ever wear a strap on 2 occasions. 1 is at school for gym as we have to, but the other time is when I put on my combat gear. I have woddland pants and vest, and I slip on a jockstrap as well for the extra realism. Man I pop one when ever I do!

While I have had a physical with my dad in the room when I was younger, I did have my high school coach accompany me for a physical once, that was worse as I was 16, butt naked for practically the whole thing and got hard in front of the doctor and my coach.
