Physical Exams-BOys

I'm 17 and being on the sports team have quite a few physicals. Normally my doctor who is male about 50, tells me to remove my shirt and exams my chest. Then it's trousers off but underwear left on, I normally wear a jockstrap so I'm standing there in my strap and nothing else while he checks my abdomen. Finally it's strap on the floor and legs apart while he does the cough test. I've got hard before, but my doc never mentions it, now I try to beat one off beforehand to reduce the chances.
