going barefoot in public

Interestingly, I have started kind of looking at cars barefoot guys drive if I see one getting in or out.

I put Rolls-Royce, which seems an odd choice, on because I have seen one Rolls-Corniche owner run into a store barefooted, and another Rolls with a pack of barefooted teens and kids.

So far most of the barefooted guys I see tend to get into flashier cars than most people drive. I thought it was kind of an interesting observation--I would think going barefoot in public would not have any bearing on socio-economic status, but it seems to be not the case. It tends to be the upper and lower strata of society you see going barefoot in stores.
