Boys: Sagging pants, untucked t-shirts and school dress code

Looking for the old results?
Many schools have dress codes, which don't allow to wear sagging pants or untucked t-shirts. But in the public I notice that more and more boys sag their pants and wear their t-shirts untucked. Iwonder how boys think about this opposite.
