On Monday, Oct 3, just a few days ago, I read in USA TODAY that our government is spending $16 Million Dollars to "Woo foreign tourists" with a billboard, television and ad campaign overseas. Yes, this was just announced, yet Bush is cutting social programs to pay for the damages caused by Katrina. Do you agree with Mr. Bush's monetary decisions?
