It is not blasphemous to say that Jesus was dead for a time. All Christians believe that He died on the Cross, and then rose again. But for how long was He dead? The Holy Bible appears to say that He would be dead for three days and three nights (Matt.12:40) but most Christians believe that He was crucified on a Friday, and rose the following Sunday. Clearly this is only one day and two nights, not three days and three nights.
Some Christian sects have declared their belief that Jesus was crucified on a Thursday, or even Wednesday, to make the above Scripture correct. But what do you believe? Give your opinions here!
