LGBT Teen/Youth Acceptance based on Religion Economics Race and Region USA only

There have been many surveys and studies published recently reporting that about 40% of homelessness youth in the USA are LGBT. However in all my reading no polls or studies reviles what leads to this, and do some social demographics have a greeter chance of being accepted among their community/family then others. (USA Only)
