At the Iowa Caucus Ted Cruz and his "team" managed to spread a rumor claiming that Ben Carson was terminating his campaign for president. Adding to this bold face lie, never substantiated by a call to Carson, Cruz and team encouraged would be Carson voters to vote for him instead. Regardless of whether or not the votes would have made a difference in Carson's outcome or any other candidates, do you agree or disagree that Cruz's actions are deplorable?

Do you feel that Cruz's apology and attempt to justify his actions are half hearted and insincere?
