Hi lend, I am really sorry to hear about what happened. New management really took over site administration just this month, so there is a gap between old Misterpoll admin and the new one now. Since we are starting on a clean slate here in handling the website and users, it will really help if I can take a look at your old records first in our database so that I can address your concerns. Given the volume of questions from the forum posts, 3,500 pending polls to review and 2,500 email messages in the inbox, this is really a huge transition for our team as well. Please be assured that I am combing through each and every post and will see to it that nobody gets treated unfairly under our management. Thanks.

Hi deBees, I am filing this message as part of the user wishlist of Mister Poll. For the meantime, I have to focus on really reviewing polls. We have around 3,000 now and are optimistic that the number of pending items will go down very soon. Thank you! Keep the suggestions coming!

Hi deeBees, I got your email offering us to review some polls and really appreciate it. And yes, unfortunately, there are some unhappy users who got affected by the transition to new site management. But we are working on improving the service. Kindly stick around; we really are working hard to improve everything on the site, front and back.
