There is a good reason to believe that the mother is totally innocent, but that she hided the disappearance and lied because of plain fear of being accused for murther.
Such cases crop up from time to time in all countries. There is a tendency to suspect the parents automatically when a child dies, because certain actors of the health care, social institutions and legal institutiens gain profit from this tendency.

I have not seen the difference.
But perhaps for one thing:
Women often go to the toilet together with teir friends, guys more seldome do that. At least is it this wey in my country - Norway.

That is because most people here are too fat, and authorities, including health authorities are nearly allways fat people, and they redicule skinny men bacause they envy them.
