It seems to me, that with kids as bad as Reese, Malcolm and Dewey, and a mother as strict as Lois, there should be a LOT of spanking in that family. Unfortunately, there has never been an episode in which one of the boys actually get spanked, although Dewey is certainly of a PC spanking age. In your opinion, does the spanking scene in that episode imply that the boys did in fact get spanked at some point? I hope there will be future episodes dealing with this subject, as I find that far too many family tv shows with bratty kids seem to deny the existence of spanking altogether in order not to offend anyone. Although... The Hughley's did have one episode in which the son was going to be possible switched (although they just called it spanked) for getting into some trouble...In fact, I think he was, although the spanking itself wasn't shown. Can anyone think of other t.v. shows where spankings occurred? thanks!
