I don't see how it would be if you agreed to obey his wish then you already agreed. Your then not being raped. I guess I'm unclear about your friend and her daughter, if they gave the same permissions and willingness to give their bodies.

I do agree that it should become standard discipline for all three girls, the only way to keep the other girls from becoming like she was is too start now. You might as well introduce them to the new form of discipline, the sooner the better. like the old saying a announce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. It's not unusual for me to spank one right after the other if one did something wrong any other didn't tell me then they're just as guilty or if they are fighting then both are guilty and both deserve to be spanked. I also have them both together in the same room while they or one of them getting spanked.

my first kiss was very similar to that, I say first kiss other than my father. It was with a friend of my fathers son it was sleeping over at my house and we were sleeping together in the same bed. He was a little older than I was I was around 5 or 6 he was around 12.
