Mobile or cell phone, known as mobile phone (or just mobile) in UK and known as cell phone in USA. I call a keypad phone one with about 18 push-buttons on it, 1-9, 0, *, #, call/answer, hang-up, OK and soft-keys. The keypad gets most use when writing text messages. This can be done one-handed, gripping the phone with fingers and pressing the keys with the thumb. What i call a keyboard phone has a full alphabet keyboard. Either on the front like a Blackberry or sliding or flipping out in some way. People also type messages in this type of phone one-handed using their thumb to press the keys. People use their touch screen phones (i-phone for example) gripping the phone with their fingers and touching the screen with their thumb. Because people are used to pressing their mobile (cell) phones with their thumbs, their press other push-buttons, they come across in life, with their thumbs also. Push-buttons that in the past were usually pressed with an index (pointing) finger are now pressed with a thumb.

I started using Yahoo as a search engine in 1991. I like in the United Kingdom. At that time Yahoo has an option of searching for UK and Ireland sites only. So i have liked Yahoo ever since. It was Yahoo who brought me to Mister Poll.
