In England postmen wear shorts all year round. You see them even on the coldest winter morning with bear legs.

I wore shorts all year round up to when i was aged 7. Summer, winter and when it is freezing. After that i was allowed to wear long trousers in the winter. When i was playing crawling around in the mud and climbing trees, trousers would get dirty and have holes ripped in them.

I wore the same underpants for 7 weeks, not washing them. I wanted to see how long i could do it for. I wore them day and night, only took them off to shower.

My niece made some gunge out of four and water and pour it over herself. The problem was the glueton in the flour stuck to her hair and to her swim suit. It was very difficult to wash, bush and comb the glueton out of the hair. I would recommend that people don't put flour in their gunge, especially if it is going to go on their hair and they have long hair.
