As an American I can tell you that circumcision is the way to go with your boys.

My three boys and Simon as well are all under chastity 24/7 and doing very well. It being summer there are times when they're unlocked to go swimming but only under strict adult supervision. At times it's a hardship, but the boys have all come to understand why this is being enforced and they know it's for their good. I'll write more when I have more time.

My boys are doing well I'm happy to report. They're all currently under chastity for about 90% of the time including my youngest Simon. They all understand and accept that total freedom is a bad thing. But they also understand that "playing with it" is healthy just so long as it's limited to once a week or there about.
In our house we have a large step-in bathtub that's almost, but not quite, as large as a hot tub. Twice a week I'll unlock all three boys and supervise as their mother or I bath them. We want to make sure that there's no "funny business" going on when we are away.
If the boys have been extra well behaved, homework done on time, chores accomplished, rooms kept clean, they'll be rewarded. I'll ask their mom to leave the room and allow them to $%!@e. After having their penes' caged for a few days on end they absolutely love that! They'll joyously and entuseastically stroke their hard glistening $%!@ until they empty their balls in orgasmic triumph.
At first Simon was too young to take much interest in this but now, even though he's a "dry comer" as his brothers say, he loves it just as much as his older siblings!
