Did you ever measure your neck and collar to see exactly how small it was? Also, are you still wearing tight collars with the pandemic? Are you doing in-person school now?

Our school uniform doesn't have a blazer. Normally I don't have to wear the uniform on weekends, but Mom will make me wear it on the weekend if I misbehave. Since it's a punishment, I have to wear it all day. I have to be wearing it when I come down for breakfast and can't take it off until I go to bed.
