First off DO NOT Believe everything you hear or see on TV. DO NOT TAKE ANY POLL SERIOUSLY. ALL POLLS. This one or POLLS from GALLUP or USA TODAY! They all have bias! They all can report findings or results in a variety of ways that differ from truth.

The mainstream media are first to admit. News is first and foremost entertainment (review corporate owners and affiliations) The admit reporting factual news is not totally their responsibility. Keeping viewers tuned in...(to sell ads) are what sells...So they tell you what they think you want and what advertisers and sponsors want you to hear...

If you fail to get the same story from different viewpoints you become victim to BIAS. Ignorance becomes bliss. I suggest you read the same story and see the same story using a variety of sources. Dont just look at FOX and CNN and listen to Rush to gain an un-baised true and clear persepective of what is really going on.

Read the NYT, SF GATE, read a foreign newspaper or two, The Guardian, Moscow Daily Times or watch the BBC or CBC news for a change. Amazing how the same story has two completely different ways of being told? HUM? Propaganda...Likely. Ask the question. What does foreign media have to gain or lose about talking about WAR and Corruption occuring in another country?... Ask the same of US media and how they gain and how they get compensation from HOW they report or NOt report on specific stories.

Here are a few good web resources for national and international news, stories and opionions. It might just open your eyes to what you see/hear OR NOT HEAR/SEE on FOX/CNN.

AND NOPE...I am not a liberal, tree-hugger, hard core democrat or a Republican...I am a Registered Indepedant and I a true American patriot. A Veteran. A tax payer, a father a boss and a community volunteer. I believe in WAR when there is a justifyable or noble cause. Attacking Iraq is not about Saddam being a bad man...If it were about this the UN would be involved...They are telling a completely different story than Bush (et al) would have you believe.

it is about OIL, Money and crony capitalism at work!

PEACE.

Bush, please dont start WWIII.
