I went to a pediatrician for a long time. I did not switch doctors until after I got out of college. It was kind of fun going to a pediatrician when I was older. Did anyone else go to a pediatrician in their late teens and early 20s?

My dad always came to my physicals, right through college and grad school. And he didn't just take me there, he always came in with me. I didn't mind, it was kind of cool having him stay in the exam room during my physical. My doctor always made me get naked for physicals.

When I was a kid my dad always came in for my physical exams, all through Junior high and High School.
At first it was wierd having to strip naked in front of him but I got used to it after a while.
Any other guys ever have their dad sit in on their exam?

I know a dude who when he was 15, 2 years ago, was taken to a new doctor by his dad. His dad insisted on going in with him, and when they got into the exam room the doctor told him to "get undressed"
This kid figured that meant to take off everything, and even though he was embarrassed with his dad there, he stripped completely naked.
When the doctor came back in he said "Oh you could have left on your underwear" but didn't give him a chance to put anything on and did his entire exam with him naked.
Now he has to do all his physicals that way. I thought that was hysterical that he got naked for nothing !
