Its not even as bad as you think it is in America. odvisley you wont see any one here shirtless when its snowing but in the summer i see people all the time shirtless. especially on days when it gets over 100 degrees F. Like this summer i was going to a graduation party the day started out in the 70's and by the middle of the day it got up to 90 and at that time just about every single guy there was shirtless. Yea shirtless conscious does get bad here but not as bad as you think.
