There is no such law in the US. States and municipalities write their own rules. In fact, I believe it took special legislation to allow separate rest rooms because it is discrimination based upon sex, which is illegal everywhere. As an example, when the topic of transgender facilities came up several years ago in Colorado, it was announced that although there were laws concerning lewd and indecent behavior, there was nothing about who could or couldn't use a specific gender's rest room.

I am a guy so I have never had to deal with a period personally. But it seems to me that GoodNites would provide the best protection from leaks for overnight. A normal period releases 2 to 4 ounces of blood, total. GoodNites (and other bed wetting protection briefs) are designed to hold 8 to 12 ounces of fluid.

I think it was unfair to make you wear a diaper because you had a couple of accidents. I'm sure that has happened to every woman at one time or another. One day when I went to the supermarket, I followed a woman in who was wearing a white dress and had a red spot about 3 inches in diameter on the back. I offered her my jacket to tie around her waist until she returned to her car.

Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), also known as Female Circumcision, which may include the removal of the hood of skin (prepuce) covering the clitoris (which is analogous to removal of the foreskin in Male Circumcision) and/or removal of the labia minora and/or amputation of the clitoris is illegal in the United States as well as many other counties. There are no laws regarding the cutting or removal of the hymen. In fact, sometimes the hymen remains entirely intact with no openings until the start of menstruation in which case it must be cut in order to allow the menstrual flow to escape. Additionally, the hymen is sometimes so thick that it makes sexual intercourse too painful and it must be removed surgically under local anesthesia.

You make an interesting point, CaDad. Where did you find that information on nudist colony membership? Would you please post links to these polls and surveys you cite? I would like to read them. If this is true, I would speculate that it is because in a depressed economy, non-essential expenses are the first to be cut. All recreational memberships decline, from museums to health clubs.
