If a Christian has a tattoo, do you think they are a hypocrite?

There is nothing in Scripture that would imply that getting a tattoo is wrong or against God's will for a Christian. Paul said in 1 Corinthians 10:23, "All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not."
For those of Jewish faith there is a prohibition of tattooing found in the Torah: "You shall not make gashes in your flesh for the dead, or incise any marks on yourselves: I am the Lord" (Leviticus 19:28) This prohibition was a base reason that Hitler had them tattooed in the camps as a humiliation.
